So, I got the call a week ago - a spot opened up from the waitlist and I was accepted to a school in Texas!!! It's not my first choice school, but still an excellent PA school, ranked in the top 25 PA schools in the nation, with a huge med school and medical complex adjacent to the PA school. I'm so excited! I really didn't think I was going to get in, so getting the acceptance call was such a surprise. So now I'm looking for apartments and planning the big move! Appropriately, to celebrate the occasion, I'm currently vacationing with my family in Florida and enjoying some sun on the beach. Just thought I'd share this little bit of news! :)
